If anyone was wondering where Victoria and Vanessa Traina have been lately, we're happy to report that we found them in Paris. The two have temporarily ditched their West Village digs to stay in Europe for the summer, setting up camp in the pad of their mother, Danielle Steele. Victoria has been mainly traveling while Vanessa has been working as an assistant in the offices of Paris Vogue. "I have a job now," the younger Traina said at a dinner party at Margherita Missoni's apartment in the sixth arrondissement on Monday night. "And I love it." While both are confident that the move isn't permanent—Victoria, for one, promises to be back in Manhattan after the Steele family boat trip this month and a trip to the family steads in San Francisco and Napa Valley in August—it seems that Vanessa isn't opposed to staying a bit longer. "I'm happy to just see how things happen," she said. "I haven't really planned much and it's worked so far." As for more immediate plans, the couture beckons: Vanessa was at Chanel this morning, and will be going to Givenchy and Lacroix, while Victoria has only the latter two on her schedule.
